Fulfillment & Production
Most items are produced on demand via Printful (and similar partners). Typical production time is 2–7 business days, depending on the item.
Shipping Times (estimates)
Domestic (U.S.): 3–8 business days after production.
International: 7–21 business days after production. Actual delivery time depends on destination, carrier, customs, and peak-season delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination, weight, and carrier.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to the email address on your order once the order ships.
Address accuracy
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be replaced. Please verify shipping details before completing checkout.
Lost or undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to sender by the carrier due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. Reshipment may require payment of additional shipping charges.
Duties & Taxes (International)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
In-house shipping (future)
When we ship products from Ellavated’s inventory (from home or a warehouse), shipping times and policies for those items will be posted on the relevant product pages.
