Overview
Because most of our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand via Printful), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, sizing, or change-of-mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
To request a replacement or refund:
Timeframe: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Required information: order number, description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
Non-returnable items
Items damaged after delivery (normal wear and tear, misuse).
Items that have been washed, worn, or altered.
Custom or personalized products (unless manufacturing error).
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Contact us immediately if you need to attempt cancellation.
Refunds
If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer standard size exchanges; instead please place a new order while we process any eligible refund or replacement.
Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the error is on our part).
Special drops and limited edition merchandise will have similar shipping and return policies and will be noted on product info if they differ from POD products.
